This gives you an excellent opportunity to get a lot of free quality backlinks to your blog and

"Do follow" blogs are those which have disabled the "no follow" tag from their comments. That is, when you leave a comment including a link on one of these blogs, this appears on the search engine as a backlink. These blogs do this on a purpose though, to encourage visitors to comment on the posts (since posts with a lot of comments help sites to Get Higher Ranking in Google). But ofcourse, you should not spam. For two reasons, first is that they give you backlinks in return of some good quality comments which add value to the post. Second, the comments are moderated by the owner of the blog. You comment trash, your comment gets deleted.
But knowing which blogs (more importantly, quality blogs) allow "do follow" commenting is not easy. Here I can come to your help, and ease your job a lot. Below, you will get a list of HIGH PR blogs. Visit the blogs from the list, and choose some which you find related to your interest. Remember again, do not spam as that WILL NOT come to any help.

Jem, why don't you put your posts on approve then you can easily weed out the spammers. I appreciate sites like this to get mine out there so I take time to delete or not approve any comments that are not related or are just junk comments.
